It's me, Nathan Rice, aka @nyctherapist aka Analysand from Twitter. You're getting this because you gave me your email either right before I deleted my account or shortly after Elon took over and the site became unstable.

My plan is to share some psychoanalytic observations of everyday cultural objects, particularly through the prism of Bion and Bionian Field Theory (BFT). I'm hoping they will be relatively easy to digest and not feel like homework to read (or write!).

A quick note on dream thoughts. When beta-elements (raw sensory impressions) are metabolized by reverie into alpha-elements or dream thoughts, they become ready and available for use (thinking, dreaming, and storing). So I basically want to make Legos. For us to build whatever we want.
